今年年初發(fā)生的兩次激光大公司之間的收購行為——二月份萬機儀器（MKS）宣布以9.8億美元收購Newport；三月中旬，相干宣布以9.42億美元收購羅芬——應(yīng)該是到目前為止2016年上半年激光行業(yè)發(fā)生的兩件大事，尤其是相干收購羅芬的消息剛一透露出來的時候，讓人有些難以置信。
